Expert witness and litigation support for bondholders represented by McCarthy Tetreault determining damages due to bond redemption in breech of covenants. The damages were assessed according to the bondholders claim, but are subject to appeal. The reasons for judgement may be found here.

Part of a large team of consultants evaluating the CMB program, with a focus on Canada's residential mortgage market, with an update given market developments since August, 2007.
